Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Talent Acquisition Supervisor (Manufacturing, 1000$, ID17271):
Plan and implement recruitment strategies based on the staffing needs of various departments
Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting, screening resumes, and interviewing to completing onboarding procedures
Develop an employer branding strategy to attract potential candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with recruitment partners, universities, training centers, and job platforms.

Requirement
Male/ Female, Under 37 years old
University degree or higher in related major
Have over 02 year of experience in Recruitment/TA Supervisor at FDI manufacturing factories.
Proficient in English or Japanese (- N2)
