The job:
o Establish and manage a Production Engineering Department.
o Analyze production processes and identify areas to be optimized.
o Define optimization projects – find technical solutions – analyze costs and benefits.
o Manage the implantation of the technical solution.

The candidate we are searching for is a structured and goal-focused person with both a good overview and attention to details, and who take initiative and responsibility.

Không yêu cầu
o Engineering degree in relevant discipline e.g. industrial, production, automation.
o Solid experience with optimizing industrial manufacturing
o Solid experience with implementation of automation, robots and machinery.
o Experience with leading a department or a team.
o English, both spoken and written, at high level.
o Experience from the garment industry is an advantage.
