Mô tả công việc1. Work with the suppliers directly on fabric/trim sourcing2. Work directly with the buyers for their sourcing requirements3. Find new suppliers under the process & guideline set up in the organisation4. Work with the mill/suppliers for initial evaluation process, pricing quotations and the total development process including develop LAB dips, strike off for fabrics and trims based on customer expectations5. Should focus on meeting T&A deadlines6. Should handle RM testing based on customer manuals7. Achieve the department KPIs set for Sourcing by the management8. Need to work with internal LAB teams on decision making of RM quality issues9. Need to give colour/quality confirmations to mill/supplier during the developmentprocess with the guidance from the management.10.
