Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Quality Manager (Mechanical, $1400, ID16984)
Build, implement, and monitor the company’s quality management system.
Ensure that the company’s products and services meet quality standards.
Coordinate with other departments to improve production and service processes.
Train and develop staff on quality processes and standards.
Prepare regular reports on the quality of products and services.
Conduct internal quality management training for employees.
Execute business travel orders as directed by the board of directors.
Control quality and monitor progress for domestic and international projects.
Plan and conduct quality checks for key stages in the manufacturing process at the factory and with subcontractors.
Guide and coordinate with subcontractors and NDT inspection units to control quality and project progress according to the established schedule.
Liaise and exchange information between customers and manufacturing units.
Requirement
Male, 30-45 years-old
Graduated from university in mechanical engineering or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in the similar posirtion in a manufacturing mechanical plant.
Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD.
Good command of English.
