Mô tả công việc1. Make production plan:- Analyse sales order, forecast to calculate and adjust capacity of labor, machine, material in short term and long term- Plan for material incoming inspection and arrange daily/monthly production schedule2. Distribute plan to Production department and follow up- Work with Production department to identify any delays in production; ensures necessary labor, materials, and other resources are available to relieve production delays- Coordinate with Maintain department to schedule maintenance and repair of machines used in production process to avoid downtime or delays- Recommend viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes and product quality3. Coordinate with Sale department to deliver the accurate quantity, quality of orders and shipments according to the established schedule4.
