Mô tả việc làm
1. Support design decisions with analysis and calculations, as required.
2. Participate in customer design reviews and provide critical feedback to customers.
3. Identify and manage vendors during fabrication and build process.
4. Drafting of mechanical components and sub-assemblies.
5. Develop PFMEA’s for machines and solutions to minimize project risks.
6. Provide technical support and guidance to technician team to insure proper machine assembly and functionality.
7. Resolve operational problems related to projects and minimize delays or unexpected cost increases.
8. Interpret client requirements, identify and address design parameters and engineering problems and ensure solutions are implemented accurately and in budget.
9. Present and review mechanical system design to customer representatives.

Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
• Have a BS or MS in Mechanical, Plastics, or related engineering
• 3+ years of Mechanical Engineering design/development experience, include design experience in electro-mechanical product development and material selection for mass manufacturing, in particular injection molded parts, sheet metal parts and small parts assembly;
• Significant CAD experience, Autocad and Pro E preferred.
• Experience in technical problem solving; good technical documentation skills; finite element analysis for static and dynamic stresses; design of experiments (DOE); requirements flow down from customer level to components level; and rapid prototyping methods.
• NPI and FAEA and failure analysis capability are must.
