Job Summary The Head of Product (HoP), reporting to the Chief of Technology, plays a pivotal role indriving customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee engagement withinthe Product Teams. Responsibilities include shaping the product vision, managingstakeholders, and serving as the ultimate decision-maker for all product-related matters. This includes monitoring and reporting progress on outcome KPIs, working withtechnology and business leaders to define hypotheses, run improvement experiments, and analyze data to make decisions on processes and features that influence the direction of customer facing solutions. Responsibilities – Day-to-day service levels in the delivery of products to the customer.
– Quality and timely delivery of technology business outcomes (roadmap and KPIs), including customer/stakeholders/employee satisfaction KPIs
– ROI on digital products investment, including creating and executing on the annualdigital products business plan
– Digital Products , and customer journey vision, strategies and target outcomesdevelopment and communication to all stakeholders
– Healthy pipelines of prioritized work based on highest value, impact to digital productbusiness outcomes and key results, and impact to ongoing delivery of business-as-usualcapabilities: enabled by research and discovery capabilities and experiments
– Proper resource levels to deliver outcomes, including operations, business and IT teams,and individuals
– Solution execution that focuses on problems, root causes, and experiments providingincremental solutions are addressing the problems
– Decision making, with decisions made at the lowest practical level, by people closest tothe customer, based on data
– Ongoing transparency of key results
– Continuous learning and improvements throughout the digital products teams, includingregular Retrospectives and Inspect and Adapt events, the pursuit of rational risks, and aculture of owning failures and mistakes openly
– Digital Product Business culture characterized by empathy for staff, leaders, andpartners
– Leverage alignment, transparency, outcome thinking and flow of value concepts throughcontinuous evolution towards enabling end-2-end business agility
– Strategies and target outcomes of the business at the portfolio level
– Strategies and target outcomes of both Digital business and Digital products

– Alignment of key stakeholders with future directions and strategies objectives.
Knowledge and Competencies – Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business Administration, Economic or equivalent
– Familiarity with scaled agile practices
– Obsessed with the customer, ability to drive value, working backward from the customer
– Excellent manager of staff, retaining their confidence and engagement
– An entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working within a rapidly changing environment andable to take sensible risks and decide to continue or discontinue direction based on data
– Demonstrated experience in strategy development and execution in acustomer/stakeholder facing environment
– High degree of business acumen in the fashion sector, in addition to, demonstratedleadership experience, operating in a transform multi location environment with theability to work with multiple stakeholders
– Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and tactics in collaboration with external(e.gconsultants) and internal partners (business units)
– Exposure and experience in such areas as strategy planning, agile, project managementprinciples, lean and system thinking, and change management
– Demonstrated success at senior cross-functional project delivery involvingcross-functional teams, stakeholders and business functions
– Exceptional communications judgment and the ability to communicate effectively at alllevels with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
– Confident presentation and facilitation skills and strong interpersonal and leadershipskills to facilitate working with senior management at all levels
– Demonstrated ability to build a leading-edge team that new-age thinking
– Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver actionable recommendations based onanalysis. Ability to translate analyses to drive comprehensible recommendations
– Superior communications skills (oral, written and presentation)
– Strong analytical skills to quickly analyze external stakeholders requirements, determinekey issues, and prepare and implement clearly defined solutions and/or responses
