Shape and implement the company’s AI strategy in the fashion industry. Key Responsibilities:AI Strategic Leadership: Build and deploy the company’s AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology trends. Collaborate closely with other departments (business, marketing, operations) to understand needs and effectively implement AI solutions. Project and Team Management: Lead and manage AI projects from ideation to deployment, ensuring progress and work quality. Build and develop the AI team, including recruitment, training, and capability development. AI Solution Development and Deployment: Research and apply new AI technologies such as Generative AI, machine learning, natural language processing, etc. Develop AI solutions to enhance processes such as forecasting fashion trends, optimizing the supply chain, personalizing customer experiences, and automating operational processes. Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with technology partners, suppliers, and the AI community. Stay updated and share AI technology trends, best practices, and insights in the industry. Security and Compliance: Ensure AI solutions comply with legal regulations, data regulations, and security standards. Requirements:- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.- Skills: Programming, mathematics, leadership, project management, and communication.- Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI and ML, knowledge of the fashion and retail industry is a plus.- Language: Proficient in English and Vietnamese.
