Mô tả việc làm
– Monitor quality targets and handle quality problems daily
– Collaborate with stakeholders to investigate and provide countermeasures to solve quality issues
– Monitor implementation progress and effectiveness of countermeasures
– Make customer and supplier claim reports, quality status reports
– Prepare documents, instructions, equipment, and tools related to quality assurance and quality control when producing new products
– Training on processes, newly issued standards, new products, and advanced skills for Leader, Foreman
– Implement and maintain the Quality Management System
– Set standard operating time targets & implement improvement/training actions… to achieve the goal
– Provides support to the internal and external audit program
– Make instructions: QI, WIV as required by superiors
– Support Foreman’s tasks if needed
– Other tasks as assigned by the Superior.
Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
– Have bachelor’s in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Controls/Automotive/…)
– Can communicate with foreigners in English
– Fluent in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
– Having knowledge and experience in related fields is an advantage, e.g 4M, 5W1H, ISO90 QC tools
– Strong Teamwork, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
– Able to work under high pressure
