* Job Purpose
Monitor and manage HR team to ensure HR operations to be run smoothly and aligned with the department’s goal as well as the organization business strategies with support from HR Head & Functional Head.
* Key Roles and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities)
– Lead recruitment team in selection activities to meet the man-power’s needs within approved headcounts including worker & staff recruitment
– Take responsible on making reports related to recruitment, headcount and labor market
– Propose and cooperate with related depts. to enhance retention and caring activities
– Work out headcount planning and recruitment cost
– Other tasks as assigned by Dept. Head or Functional Head.
– Deploy the recruitment activities & improve the recruitment channels to meet the headcount target
– Sum up and analysis HR reports, labor affairs and give necessary proposal to Dept Heads for reference and improvement of policies
– Innovate, update and implement HR’s procedures & SOPs for operational effectiveness and efficiency
– Develop & propose recruitment strategies & policies to Dept. Heads and MGT team
– Coach, train and motivate subordinates to improve their performance
– Lead the team in charge of Orientation training & Labor records
– Participate in meetings with management team on headcount plan and HR related fields
– Support Dept. Heads to run HR dept., smoothly & aligned with related laws, customers’ requirements as well as the Corporate’s guideline

* Education & Qualification Requirements
– University graduated
– Good command of English – 4 skills
* Experience Requirements
– Good knowledge of Labor laws
– Experience in C&B and/or recruitment preferred
– Minimum 3 years in HR or related fields, including one (01) year at supervisory position
* Technical competency Requirements
– Good command of English – 4 skills.
– Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
– Proficiency with using social networks such as Zalo, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.,
* Behavioral Competency Requirements/Attributes
– Strong interpersonal and problem solving
– Team work & collaboration skill
– Strong communication and negotiation skill in Vietnamese and English
– Overall thinking & detailed
– Strong organization, critical thinking and management skill

– High sense of Integrity and capability to assess the integrity of staffs
Working location: KCN Lai Vu, Kim Thành, Hải Dương
