Mô tả công việc1. Manage project from product design or RFQ stage until EOL, including project planning, implementation, control and review with related manufacturing parties2. Conduct regular project review meetings and horizontally manage the project team members to deliver total customer satisfaction through quality, cost and delivery.3. Manage RFQ and grow business with customers;4. Motivate teamwork with project team members;5. Carry out duties and manage assignments as required by supervisor;6. To train and reinforce his / her subordinates on safety working processes and practices;Yêu cầu công việc1. Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or equivalent.2. At least 5 years relevant working experience in handling Project Management or Sales of OEM projects.3. EMS or electronics manufacturing background4. Good command in English, able to communicate in Chinese or Japanese is a plus.5. Good command of communication and inter-personal skill6. Flexible and be able to work in high-pressure circumstance7. Strong leadership & dynamic.8. Have the knowledge of TS16949,SPC,ISO90009.
